Class 10 Science rewards accuracy, not speed. Most students lose marks on definitions, diagrams and units — not on difficult numericals. The first step is to separate the syllabus into three buckets: theory-heavy chapters, numerical-heavy chapters and diagram-heavy chapters.
Give theory chapters a daily 30-minute recall slot. Write the answer from memory first, then compare it with NCERT line by line. Anything you missed goes into a one-page error log for that chapter.
Numerical chapters need volume. Solve every NCERT in-text and exercise question twice, then move to previous year board papers. Track the time you take per question — board Physics numericals should take under three minutes each.
Finish the syllabus by December and use January entirely for full-length pre-boards under exam conditions. At Phyzital Classes every Class 10 student writes a graded weekly test, and the error analysis is discussed in class the same week.
